· Countries/regions supported for shipping
· At present, we deliver to the following countries: Canada, United States, Mexico, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro , Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and all Asian countries (including Taiwan and Hong Kong)
· Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
· Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 7-20 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier service.
· Shipping cost / Free shipping: Free domestic shipping is available for most U.S. states. However, HI,AK,PR and ME is excluded. For those excluded locations, shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Other Countries, most of Countries are free of shipping. But need to be tailor made for each order.
· Shipping Address Change Policy

Because of this expedited process, we must adhere to a strict policy regarding changes to the shipping address.Customers are guaranteed the ability to change the shipping address within 48 hours of placing the original order.Within 48 hours of placing your order, If your request is submitted within this window, we can usually make the change before the carrier picks up the package, and there will be no additional charge.After 48 hours, (Attempt Only & Potential Fees): After the 48 hours guarantee window has passed, we can only attempt to change the shipping address. At this stage, the order may already be with the fulfillment partner or carrier, and we cannot guarantee 100% success. If a critical change is needed, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at:
· Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
· International orders: Duties and import taxes (if applicable) are determined by the destination country and are usually paid by the recipient.
· Fragile / lighting items: Since our products are lighting items, we pack with extra protection. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos for assistance.
